I shopped at Loblaws all my life, and now in the Real Canadian Superstore in Ajax, they make you buy your bags and pack them yourself. At 74 yrs old and very arthritic, it is impossible for me to pack groceries. Once they started doing that I switched to shopping at Metro,in Whitby, where the staff are very pleasant and ALWAYS pack your groceries for you. GOOD-Bye Loblaws, never again! ex- shopper
